Well it another day on the excercise farm at our house. We all have kind of jumped on this wagon together and decided to try to get in better shape and maybe drop a few pounds in the process. This time of year down here in bama its humid as hell. The weather you can wear as they say and i was feeling it today. Hope tomorrow is better looking at a 3 mile walk in over 90 degree weather lol.
