This is an update to my earlier post about trying to view waff live stream coverage in linux. I stated that i thought i had it figured out and was waiting for the next chance to test it out. I did finally get a chance yesterday when brad travis was doing his coverage via live streaming and it was a no go for now. I do think ive found one of the main issues with this and did install to check again and that no activex in linux.The sad part is theres no activex plugin for firefox 2 yet and from what i read doesnt look like they going to make one.I think the waff folks should do there livestreaming in another format besides embedded asp. This would give he linux users a chance to view his weather coverage as well with mplayer. Im not going to give up on this ill find someway to make this happen,
